2. Click the My Account on the main navigation menu or under the ”Quick Links” column at the footer
3. Enter your email/phone number and password.
4. Click Login.

2. Buying on Kuuza Link

a) Finding Products

• Use the Search Pane on the homepage or listings page to find specific items.
• Browse through categories for available listings.
• Filter by location, price range, or seller type.

b) Contacting Sellers

• Click on a product listing.
• Call, Message, or Chat with the seller
• Arrange for delivery or pickup.

c) Making Payments

• Payments are made directly to the seller (using secure payment methods).
• Confirm receipt before making payments.

3. Selling on Kuuza Link

a) Listing a Product

1. Click the Start Selling button on the top right
2. Choose a category that fits your product.
3. Fill out your details, including location, phone/WhatsApp number, etc.
4. Upload high-quality images and add a detailed description.
5. Check the ”I’m not a robot” tool at the bottom of the listing form
6. Click Publish.

b) Managing Your Listings

• Go to My Listings to edit or delete listings.
• Update details anytime to attract buyers.

c) Receiving Orders

• Respond quickly to buyer inquiries.
• Negotiate and finalize sales securely.
